Dale Tipple
Founder & Principal, Stratega Partners, LLC
With extensive global consumer brand development experience, Dale brings a unique understanding of markets, brands, distributors, retailers, consumers, and business models that drive results.

Dale’s career achievements include leading the international division of Blue Diamond Growers. This branded portfolio includes Blue Diamond Snack Almonds and Almond Breeze Almond Milk products. Dale led the profitable turnaround of the division, expanding the brand to over 100 countries. The approach involved selectively expanding USA export, employing regional manufacturing, and leading license model development through trusted strategic partners.
Before joining Blue Diamond, Dale held numerous roles with The Hershey Company, within the USA and Internationally. His leadership roles include driving strategy, new models, market and channel expansion, sales, marketing, acquisition assessment, and integration.
Dale received his BS in Business Administration/ Marketing from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. Dale serves on the USA Export Food Group as an Advisory Board Member, Past Board of Directors, and founding member. He has also served on the Almond Board of California, Global Marketing Development Committee.

In his leisure time, Dale enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling with his wife Carole and family.
Nitin Batra
Vice President, Stratega Partners, LLC
Nitin Batra is an accomplished global business executive with extensive expertise in go-to-market strategies, P&L management, and international business development. With over two decades of leadership experience across prominent companies, including Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Conagra and Blue Diamond Growers, Nitin has driven transformative growth in regions such as Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Having lived and worked in India, Russia, the UK, and the USA, Nitin brings a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultures. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, optimizing profitability, and launching innovative products. Notable achievements include tripling Blue Diamond's Asia revenue through market expansions and product innovation, revitalizing dormant markets, and securing high-profile partnerships such as Starbucks China. His strategic acumen also contributed to market entries in India, Southeast Asia, and China during various assignments.
Nitin holds an MBA in Marketing from J. Bajaj Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. His leadership combines a global mindset, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, earning him a reputation as a dynamic strategist and mentor.

Outside of work, Nitin enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Jasper. His hobbies include playing table tennis, trivia, and swimming, reflecting his well-rounded and energetic approach to both life and career.
